Can I just drop my MacBook off myself instead of booking collection?
Yes — since this is our home workshop, drop-off is often faster than booking a collection slot. Call ahead so we know you're coming and can get straight to the diagnostic.
My MacBook is out of AppleCare — does that limit what you can do?
The opposite, really — once AppleCare has expired there's no existing warranty left to void, so an independent repair is often faster and cheaper than an Apple Store appointment, especially on older models Apple no longer actively supports.
What parts do you actually use?
Genuine "pulled" parts recovered from donor MacBooks, or strict OEM-equivalent components when a pulled part isn't available. We'll always tell you which before starting any work.
