Sticky or sugary drinks can easily damage the delicate membrane layers of your keyboard or trackpad. If the keyboard or trackpad needs replacing, we'll quote for that separately.

After a spill, speed matters most. If it's just happened, turn the laptop off straight away, unplug the charger and don't plug it back in. Can I save my laptop by putting it in rice?
Rice won't help, and the starch can clog the fans. It's best to leave the laptop off and bring it to us.
Does the motherboard repair tier include a new keyboard?
Board-level repair is quoted after diagnosis. If liquid has damaged your keyboard or trackpad, we'll quote that part separately before any work.
Will my photos, documents, and personal files be safe?
If the drive is still readable, yes. We isolate or remove the storage drive before deep liquid work so the clean does not write to your files. A damaged drive is a separate recovery job.
How long does a professional liquid recovery take?
We'll confirm the timing after the free diagnostic, and we quote before any paid repair.
