New Apple parts are hard to get, so we use genuine parts from donor Macs or good equivalents that match your screen.
Will repairing my laptop void the manufacturer's warranty?
If your computer has warranty cover or a care plan, check with the manufacturer or seller before booking a repair. We'll explain the proposed work and parts before you decide.
What if my specific brand isn't listed here?
Most of what we fix is from these brands, but we work on almost any Windows, Chromebook or Mac. Got a less common brand, such as Razer, Gigabyte or Panasonic? Get in touch and we'll take a look. The internal components (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) are universal.
Do you repair custom-built gaming PCs?
Yes, often. Built it yourself or bought it pre-built, we'll find the faulty part and replace just that.
