No-Fix-No-Fee. If we can’t improve the machine or find a worthwhile repair path, you don’t pay for the MOT labour.
Will my personal files and photos stay private?
Yes. Your files stay confidential in our Wickford workshop. We only access what’s needed for diagnostics and never copy personal data without permission.
How long does a Laptop MOT take?
Most are completed within 1–3 working days, including free local collection and return across South Essex.
Is £75 all I’ll pay, or are there hidden extras?
£75 is the complete fixed price for the full 50-point service. If we uncover a separate hardware fault — like a worn battery — you’ll get a clear quote before any extra work begins.
